The Morning Drips Fresh From Imperfections, Too.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Second Samuel 23:3-4<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The God of Israel has spoken, the Rock of Israel has said to me: One who rules over people justly, ruling in the fear of God, is like the light of morning, like the sun rising on a cloudless morning, gleaming from the rain on the grassy land.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Matthew 11:29<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me; for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Words of Grace For Today<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rulers dominate to make their wishes realities, with people falling into line to make it happen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leaders inspire and listen to the people they lead, bringing the best tomorrows into today, for all peoples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

God rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But not by dominating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rather with gentleness and humility (if we can imagine the all powerful God being humble!), guiding us to life unequalled in blessings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So each new morning, with sunshine on the grass moist from the night rains or clouds dark over parched lands or cold gripping even one\u2019s breath in a stranglehold [and all things of mornings], we<\/p>\n\n\n\n

can smile<\/p>\n\n\n\n

breathe<\/p>\n\n\n\n

and<\/p>\n\n\n\n

hope again<\/p>\n\n\n\n

that this day will<\/p>\n\n\n\n

bring love and wonders<\/p>\n\n\n\n

to play and dance through our hours<\/p>\n\n\n\n

until the night falls fully over the grass, trees and dirt<\/p>\n\n\n\n

that is our home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eh you say again?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
