All Eyes, Yet Totally Blind to the Light!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is that us,<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

like many on earth these days<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

(as always?)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Isaiah 50:5<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Lord God has opened my ear, and I was not rebellious, I did not turn backwards.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

John 10:16<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have other sheep that do not belong to this fold. I must bring them also, and they will listen to my voice. So there will be one flock, one shepherd.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Words of Grace For Today<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sometimes we know we ought to not just pretend,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

pretend to hear what is said to us,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

to actually listen to<\/p>\n\n\n\n

God\u2019s Word.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On our own it is next to impossible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thankfully the Holy Spirit opens our ears, hearts and minds to hear, really hear, listen to and understand<\/p>\n\n\n\n

God\u2019s Word.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Like Love the Lord with all your heart, mind and strength. And love your neighbour as yourself (especially your enemy.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now that\u2019s a word for every day, worth every little bit of effort we can give to listening, and then<\/p>\n\n\n\n

pray like mad the Holy Spirit will enable us to actually hear it,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

and live it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That\u2019s when things get beautiful<\/p>\n\n\n\n
