Spirit Rises, Or Man-made Plane Goes Down?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Psalm 143:2<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do not enter into judgment with your servant, for no one living is righteous before you.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Luke 7:48-50<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then he said to her, \u2018Your sins are forgiven.\u2019 But those who were at the table with him began to say among themselves, \u2018Who is this who even forgives sins?\u2019 And he said to the woman, \u2018Your faith has saved you; go in peace.\u2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Words of Grace For Today<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So many try to be good enough for God, but it is hopeless,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

and it is a futile way to try to live well<\/p>\n\n\n\n

and happy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How wondrous it is<\/p>\n\n\n\n

to be given faith<\/p>\n\n\n\n

that makes one well<\/p>\n\n\n\n

and does so by bringing one to realize one\u2019s sins can be forgiven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are you going to do today:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Count your good works for all to see and hear of them, as if to prove you are good enough?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Or<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Have the faith given to you active in your heart, mind, and soul<\/p>\n\n\n\n

assuring you that your sins are forgiven<\/p>\n\n\n\n

and you can get on with being alive<\/p>\n\n\n\n

living out that forgiveness<\/p>\n\n\n\n

for others in need?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A choice?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Or is it<\/p>\n\n\n\n
