Creating us to live well<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

wherever our paths take us.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leviticus 22:31<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thus you shall keep my commandments and observe them: I am the Lord.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

John 14:23<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jesus answered him, \u201cThose who love me will keep my word, and my Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Words of Grace for Today –<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are ample reasons to follow God\u2019s commandments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They are guides for living life as God created us to live.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why not live well?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How better to live than to live as one is created to?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For a spider trying to be a fly does not do well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nor a coyote trying to be a whale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nor a person trying to be a god.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following is good,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

it\u2019s just not what saves us<\/p>\n\n\n\n

morning, noon, and night of each day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only God\u2019s Grace demonstrated in Jesus\u2019 sacrifice to save us can do that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Knowing we are saved, makes following the commandments possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are not trying to prove something.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are living out what has been given to us a gift:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
