The Moon Dances, <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Sunrise, <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inviting Us <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Into God\u2019s Dance of Life <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

for All<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Psalms 91:9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because you have made the Lord your refuge, the Most High your dwelling-place,<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

John 14:1<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do not let your hearts be troubled. Believe in God, believe also in me.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Words of Grace For Today<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Were it so simple, that we could make God our refuge, and then we would always dwell in God\u2019s Most Wondrous City, home for all the saints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Were it so simple, that we could just choose to believe in God and in Jesus, and then our hearts would not be troubled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But life is not like that. Nor are we able to always seek God as our refuge or choose to life in God\u2019s wondrous city. Nor are we able to set aside all that troubles us and rest secure in our belief in God and in Jesus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

God planned for that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

God sends the Holy Spirit to guide us<\/p>\n\n\n\n

into the city of God<\/p>\n\n\n\n

into the care of God\u2019s loving hands,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

into God\u2019s refuge<\/p>\n\n\n\n

into a firm belief in God and Jesus the Christ,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

and away from all that troubles our hearts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yet we often choose the trouble of this world as our dwelling place and our hearts contents!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

God planned for that, too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And sends the Holy Spirit again and again,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

even today<\/p>\n\n\n\n

to guide us into God\u2019s dwelling for us, and life abundant, by moving us to share all we are and have with those who are in need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This day, a wonder-filled day it is, as always, because God walks with us, through our darkness, and gives us hearts that sing and dance and fly<\/p>\n\n\n\n

with grace to the mysterious music of our Creator, always with us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A waltz if you will,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
